As the Executive Transactions/Office Manager for BRIAN SCHWEIKER GROUP, Lisa specializes in client relations and keeping the office running like a smooth, well oiled machine. In Real Estate, there are many facets and multiple deadlines, that are essential to the success of each transaction. She is vital in her role of overseeing clients, contractors and vendors with patience and grace. Lisa has the ability and talent to keep multiple plates spinning in the air at the same time, with a smile on her face and a pleasant, calming tone in her voice. Known for her demeaner and professional attitude, Lisa is well-versed in her real estate knowledge as well. She is always more than willing to listen and see how she can help.

Over the years, Lisa has worn many hats, including working with the Chamber of Commerce, as well as various other support roles for several other Realtors/Brokerages. She is a licensed Realtor (although currently non-active), providing yet another level of benefit/service to Brian Schweiker’s team and clients. Lisa has earned many years real estate experience and education with respect to laws, contracts, guidelines, appraisals, inspections, repairs, negotiations, etc. She is hard working, well rounded, extremely knowledgable, and the glue that keeps everything together.

Dina’s upbringing occurred in the Northeast in Connecticut,but also included living in California, Florida and ultimately settling in Texas. She, her husband and two daughters felt truly at home in Texas. Dina’s background has always centered around sales, but she really found her true passion in helping families find homes.

From helping new home buyers through unknown territory to empty nesters downsizing, Dina has found the real estate profession to be extremely rewarding to walk alongside people and guide them in their journey to find the perfect home for their needs, not just a house.

Dina prides herself on solid ethics and determination to get her clients the biggest “bang for their buck”. For Dina, it’s not about the commission, but more about the relationships.

Kari is a Realtor with BRIAN SCHWEIKER GROUP | RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring, specializing in Transaction Management, Client Relations and Marketing. She has been a member of the Real Estate community for several years, selling homes and managing multiple transactions, from land to luxury. Creating a seamless, stress-free transaction process for clients is what Kari strives to provide on a daily basis. Kari’s talents include great organization and communication skills. She is hard-working and diligent. It is important to her to excel in her role within the team environment, and to be a strong support to the team members and clients. Kari is a valuable team member to the BRIAN SCHWEIKER GROUP.

A wife to her childhood companion and mother of a little girl and boy, Kari enjoys spending time with them gardening and going on golf cart rides through their neighborhood trails.

Jill is Brian’s wife and they have been together for over 30 years. Before having children, she gained invaluable experience with respect to Interior Design and Marketing. Jill worked at an Interior Design firm for a couple of years in Houston. Later, joining a local homebuilder, Life Forms, where she spent the next 10 years earning immeasurable experience in marketing and residential homes. Feeling most at home with her job at Life Forms, ultimately she and Brian decided on her leaving so she could focus on raising their two sons. When their two sons were young, Jill was able to help Brian with his growing real estate business, on-and-off through the years, from staging vacant listings, marketing, planning events, and helping their office staff.

Now with both boys in college, Jill has more time to focus on a full-time basis with the BRIAN SCHWEIKER GROUP.

Jill continues to stage vacant listings, handles the gifting program, as well as various other marketing/business efforts. The gifting program has been evolving and now includes 3 gifts given to active buyers or sellers throughout the contract process, as well as closing gifts, builder gifts, referral gifts, promotional gifts, etc. She also handles most of the events and is currently working on designing new marketing materials, including logo, brochures, and new website for BRIAN SCHWEIKER GROUP.
